Ripe for Harvest - We help support Nakamura Ministries in the Columbia, SC area. Field directors Aki and Anne Nakamura are Japanese nationals that have created a friendly and natural evangelistic environment for students from the US, many other countries, and their families. We met Aki and Anne while working in Japan in 2010 and were introduced to the innovative outreach they have created. Here are some of their events!
Child Evangelism Fellowship - We help support a CEF veteran who relocated from Columbia, SC to Tasmania, Australia to start Good News Clubs there. Stephanie relocated to Tasmania in 2015. There were many government and social hurdles to work thru getting started. It required tremendous faith, inspiration, perseverance, and trust. Tasmania is an island off the south coast of Australia where Christian influence is not as strong as it is in the US. Only about 3% of the children attend church regularly. However, Stephanie has been successful and has started several Good News Clubs in Tasmania. Praise the Lord!
Bible Study for Japanese Women. Rose Krantz is a volunteer contributor to a group that provides a bible study for Japanese women living in the US with their working husbands. The meetings also double as English lessons for these ladies as they assimilate. It is an outstanding opportunity to witness to them and provide a deeper more personal explanation of Chritianity. We pray for these women and their families regularly. The group meets twice a month in the Columbia area, or near Fort Mill, SC during the normal school year. Hallelujah!
Christian Videography Services. Dave Krant is a videographer and produces videos of family and group events including birthday, celebration of life services, conferences, classes, and infomercials about christian ministries. Our presentations are Christian and uplifting.
